In the theme

  1. Online Store → Themes.
  2. On the live theme open “…” → Edit code.
  3. Under Layout open theme.liquid.
  4. Find </body> and paste the code just above it.
  5. Save.

Reload a store page straight away: the chat appears at the bottom right.
