The same bot, inside an app.
A guide bot answers only from the file you upload — so you can drop it where there's no site to crawl: a web app, an internal panel, an online manual. Paste the HTML snippet, or call the API from native iOS / Android.
We run one ourselves. The Interlyo dashboard has a guide bot trained on the manual. A customer who's stuck asks it “how do I get started?” and it walks them through setup — no support ticket.
