THE BUSINESS MODEL
Two credit levels, simple to understand.
A real wallet that you top up, and a virtual wallet for each client. Every message deducts from both: the difference is your margin.

You top it up like a prepaid card. All your clients' consumption is deducted from here, messages and re-indexing, but at wholesale price: −30% on public pricing.
Client wallets
VIRTUAL
You assign a balance to each client, valued at the pricing you decide. You top it up from the dashboard based on what the client has paid you. They see their credit decrease when they use the service: full transparency, but at your prices.
Every message "consumes" twice: the client's wallet decreases (at your price) and your wallet decreases (at wholesale price). The difference is your margin.

To be clear: the plan is one item. The wallet top-up is another, separate: you top it up when you want, like a prepaid card, and only pay for what your network actually consumes.

How much can I earn?
It depends on the prices you set and your clients' traffic. You buy everything at -30% and decide both the markup and whether to charge a subscription: The typical margin on an active client renews every month without additional work.
Can my clients discover Interlyo?
The system is designed so that no visible element (dashboard, email, widget, code) leads to us. You remain the sole point of contact.
How do I invoice my clients?
However you prefer: prepaid top-up, monthly subscription, flat rate. Interlyo does not enter the relationship with your clients: we only invoice you (plan + your top-ups).
What happens if a client runs out of credit?
Their chatbot pauses until you top up their wallet (you do this from the dashboard). It shuts down silently without creating errors. You receive the notification, not the client.
What if I don't renew the plan?
The plan renews automatically from your wallet. If there are insufficient funds in the wallet, the plan expires: you lose the wholesale discount (you pay consumption at full price) and cannot add new clients. Your clients' sites remain active as long as there is credit in the wallet; when the wallet reaches zero, all chatbots in the network shut down until you top up. In short: to keep your clients active you must keep the wallet funded, the plan is only what gives you the discount.
Can I give different prices to different clients?
Currently the resale pricing is uniform for your entire agency. Per-client pricing is coming soon.
